I’m a Somatic Experiencing® Practitioner and specialist in nervous system health and trauma resolution. I support high-achieving women in perimenopause and menopause who feel blindsided by autoimmune symptoms, chronic stress, and a body that no longer responds the way it used to. My work integrates somatic healing, nervous system regulation and expansion, mindfulness and meditation, and behavior change to create steady, sustainable transformation.

I know what it’s like to look successful on the outside and still feel exhausted, inflamed, and disconnected inside. To try the supplements, the protocols, the mindset work, and still feel like your body is fighting you. To wonder why, despite doing everything “right,” you don’t feel well.

What changed everything for me was understanding that my body wasn’t broken. It was adapting. My nervous system had been living in survival mode for years, and no amount of willpower could override that.

When we work at the level of the nervous system, symptoms start to make sense. The stress response softens. The body begins to feel safe enough to heal. Energy returns. Clarity comes back online. Confidence rebuilds from the inside out.

Let me start by saying, I get you because I WAS you. 

My chronic health struggles began when I was 14 with my first diagnosis..... IBS. I was then diagnosed with celiac at the age of 25 and hashimotos hypothyroid at 33.

I know exactly what it feels like to try EVERYTHING to heal, only to notice a continued decline and little to no improvements. I know what it’s like to spend countless hours researching and trying out expensive and restrictive protocols, supplements and bio hacks to no avail.
