I’m a Somatic Experiencing® Practitioner and specialist in nervous system health and trauma resolution. I support high-achieving women in perimenopause and menopause who feel blindsided by autoimmune symptoms, chronic stress, and a body that no longer responds the way it used to. My work integrates somatic healing, nervous system regulation and expansion, mindfulness and meditation, and behavior change to create steady, sustainable transformation.
