This 5 day Challenge was awesome! I had started clean eating a week prior to this group so this was perfect timing for me to keep me motivated and also give me new ideas and recipes to follow. I agree with everybody saying that the group helped with accountability for sure. I loved seeing what all you ladies were eating and doing…I didn’t feel like I was going at it alone. Jalena you are an amazing coach! I’m down 7 lbs in 2 weeks and I have so much more energy than I did before I started this challege. I think people have the wrong idea about healthy eating. They think it costs too much money and takes too much time when in reality I know that by meal planning and following a schedule I saved on both. I’ll be following all your challenges in the future and I’m excited to see more results. Thank Jalena and thanks ladies for the support!

This 5 day challenge was perfect to get me back on track to eating clean, tracking portions & food, planning, preparing, and being accountable!! Exercise is the easy part for me, nutrition is so daily ongoing challenge so having Jalena guide and inspire and motivate was just what I needed to get back on track!!! Jalena, you Rock!! Down 3 pounds but feel leaner, stronger, more energy in 5 days!!!

The 5 day challenge was a lot of fun. I loved the preparation files and video . I enjoyed being part of a group that shared daily, what they were eating and how they were reacting or preparing for upcoming temptations or obstacles. I would love to do another one and learn more about what Coach Jalena does and her program. Thank you, for this wonderful experience.

Best coach ever! These are great opportunities for all of us to share health and fitness tips. I don’t have a gym membership. I have a lot of exercise equipment given to me. I love the beach body programs. This clean week was good. My stamina and strength keeps improving. I can and will do better!!!! I have so much going on in the next few weeks/months, these groups are great. Keep up all the hard, phenomenal work ladies. We are worth it. Thanks jalena. I’m in for every challenge
